Richard developed and detailed the design of our two storey extension back in 2016. He provided a clear and professional submission to the planning authorities, encompassing our neighbours needs into his design, without compromising ours. He ensured our design maximised its potential with regards to space and lighting which we are now receiving the benefit of. His attention to detail was evident at construction stage, offering advice from light positions to electrical appliance locations, with an end goal of providing maximum convenience for his Client.
