I worked with Richard on the Downtown project for over three years who managed the delivery on behalf of the client. Richard had a great understanding in design and construction stages of the project. His attention to detail was second to none. His can do attitude lead to the successful completion and delivery of the job. It was a pleasure working along side Richard. If the opportunity arose, I’ll happily work with him again in the future.
